Welcome to RegalIndia Tours and Travels Private Limited. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Eligibility

​

  • You must be at least 21 years old to rent a car through our website.

  • Drivers must hold a valid driver's license recognized by local laws.

  • A valid credit card is required for the reservation and rental process.

 

Rental Agreement

​

  • The rental contract is between RegalIndia Tours and Travels Private Limited and the renter. It includes the agreed rental period, pricing, and vehicle condition.

  • For self- driven cars, the renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.

  • For self- driven cars, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

 

Reservation and Payment

​

  • A reservation is not confirmed until the payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.

  • Payments can be made via credit card or other accepted payment methods.

 

Responsibilities for Self-Driven Cars

​

  • The renter must comply with all traffic laws.

  • Smoking, carrying pets (unless specified), or driving off-road is prohibited.

  • Any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period will be the renter’s responsibility.

 

Insurance

​

  • Basic insurance is included in the rental price. Additional coverage can be purchased during the reservation process.

  • For self- drives cars, in case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform the company and cooperate fully.

 

Limitations of Liability

​

  • RegalIndia Tours and Travels Private Limited is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from the use of the rental vehicle unless due to negligence.

 

Governing Law

​

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karnataka.

Cancellation Policy

 

Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and clarity for our customers regarding cancelling a car rental booking.

 

Cancellation by the Customer

​

  • Free Cancellation: If you cancel more than 4 [four] hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full refund.

​

  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 2 [two] hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will apply.

​

  • No-Show: The minimum slab will be charged after that or in case of a No- Show.

 

Cancellation by the Company

​

  • We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability or operational issues. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or assist in rescheduling your booking.

 

Refund Policy

 

This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be issued.

 

Eligible Refunds

​

  • Full Refund: If a booking is cancelled more than 4 [four] hours before the rental period, the full amount will be refunded.

​

  • Partial Refund: If a booking is cancelled less than 4 [four] hours before the rental period, a partial refund will be provided minus the cancellation fee.

​

  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: No refunds will be given for no-shows or rentals terminated due to a breach of the terms and conditions.

 

Processing Refunds

​

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 [seven] business days to the original payment method.

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund may take [3] additional business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
